A pressure machining method in which pure copper is processed by drawing die under tensile force and plastic deformation occurs to reduce the cross section and increase the length. The conductor is softened by annealing, and the surface is evenly coated with insulating paint for many times and baked to form insulating paint film.

1、Drawing process

2、the process of painting

Basic principle: Enameled wire is composed of conductor and insulation layer. The bare wire is softened by annealing and then painted and baked for many times.

In order to ensure that the insulation paint has good adhesion and insulation properties on copper wire, the coating is divided into several layers to form a uniform coating of certain thickness.

The outside diameter is continuously controlled by the laser and automatically adjusted by feedback to the controller.
